Zincalume Tanks:

Our ZincAlume Bolted Panel Tanks are made of the highest quality MOC steel, which is coated in a mixture of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon. Consequently, they are sometimes referred to as Zinc Aluminum or Galvalume Tanks.

– It is portable, strong, and adaptable. The lifespan of the zinc-aluminum sheet is 40–50 years, and a 20–year corrosion warranty is included.

– Compared to galvanized steel, these tanks can last up to four times longer. All of our tanks can be modified to meet any client-specified design requirements.

– Effectively storing large volumes of water eliminates the need for additional tanks’ plumbing. We now provide capacities from 20 KL to 5,000 KL.

– Zincalume bolted panel tanks can be installed and ready for use on location in 1 to 15 days.

Additionally, they offer considerable flexibility because they can be quickly disassembled and installed on a different site in a single day.

Our company adheres to Australian Standards AS 2304, AS/NZS 1170, AS/NZ 1170.2, and AS 1170.4.

-Applications: Firefighting water, potable water, raw water, rainwater, waste water, industrial liquid or chemical storage (pH 3-9), STP & ETP water.

– Internal Liner: This PVC-reinforced liner keeps the water away from the tank wall. To be used in contact with drinking water, our liner has received AS/NZS 4020 approval. They are also ideal for “hard water” applications, such as those involving bore water, chlorinated water, or river water.

– It has a flat load-bearing surface that is usually made of RCC and PCC.
