Grain Storage Silos:

– ZincAlume Silos are the finest for storing grain because of their adaptability, simplicity in assembly, hygienic handling, and affordability.

– All of our silos are constructed from high-grade steel (with a tensile strength of 350 MPa) and include a novel metal coating (55% Al, 43.5% Zn, and 1.5% Si), which is up to 10 times more resistant to corrosion from the environment than typical galvanization.

– We supply a huge selection of FLAT BOTTOM SILOS and HOPPER BOTTOM SILOS, which are used to store lots of grains, seeds, granulated goods, etc.

– Flat bottom silos are built in line with ASTM A:653 standards for design and construction.

– They are strongly advised for storage capacities of more than 500MT. A sweep auger is also placed inside the flat concrete bottom for simple discharge.

-Hopper bottom silos are designed to store grains, seeds, legumes, pellets, and other agricultural items that need unique storage conditions.

– To avoid moisture and reduce the risk of breakage, the goods stored within are raised off the ground.

-The hoppers’ 45° conical bottoms enable complete gravity emptying. Galvanized (Z600 or hot-dip galvanized) support legs and frame.

– Highly resistant perforated metal cylinders serve as the interior ventilation in the hopper bottom silos. Even air distribution in the grain mass being stored is ensured by the number and location on the silo cone.
